Full-time Home Loan Specialists: Competitive salary + bonuses

Resolve Finance, named in The Advisor's Top 10 Mortgage Broking Companies in Australia, is seeking sharp, engaging mortgage brokers to expand its team of award winning Home Loan Specialists.

Operating in a team within the Alcock Brown-Neaves Group (ABN) of building companies, you’ll work with dedicated Customer Support Officers in managing the volume of leads generated by your allocated Home Sales Consultants.

It is this relationship with our building partners that has seen Resolve’s Home Loan Specialists regularly named in the Top 100 brokers in Australia.

The successful candidates will ideally hold a Diploma in Financial Services (Mortage Broking) IV, MFAA membership and current lender accreditations. While lending industry experience is preferred, it is your ability to develop and maintain relationships with your building company sales consultants that will drive great success in the role. Outstanding communication skills in engaging clients and sales consultants are absolutely essential in this challenging and rewarding team environment.

Base salary is competitive with volume bonuses and incremental income opportunities, together with a business model geared for volume.
