Deposit Assist Personal Loan

Saving a deposit for your new home is hard. So we created a personal loan to can help you get into your new home sooner.

Our personal loan can be used to provide additional funds to your deposit – so you don’t have to save the full amount.

 

Fee Assistance

When you’re buying a home, those extra fees can really start to add up – your Lenders Mortgage Insurance premium may be higher than you anticipated, or maybe you didn’t consider all the settlement costs.

Our personal loan can help with any additional fees and charges that relate to your new home purchase. Taking advantage of this loan may mean that you don’t have to roll your LMI into your total mortgage – so you can pay it off faster.

 

My Home Plan Personal Loan

If you’re a part of our My Home Plan program, we have a Personal Loan that may help you get into your new home sooner. This loan can be secured or unsecured, and may be used to consolidate your debt and reduce your repayments – so you can save more, finish your plan sooner and increase your borrowing capacity.
