Here’s how it works:
At an initial meeting with your Finance Coach, you can discuss your current situation and goals for home ownership.
Your Finance Coach will undertake a full financial analysis, and then prepare an achievable budget for your unique situation. This budget shows you exactly how much you should spend each month and on what, enabling you to put aside money for a home deposit without affecting your lifestyle too much.
Your Finance Coach will act as a mentor to help you follow your budget, and will offer you guidance and support along the way — right up to the moment you apply for your home loan.
You can update and track your progress on our easy-to-use, secure online tracking software, and get helpful hints and tips from our blog.
When you’re ready to purchase your new home, we’ll help you find the right loan. After mentoring you to your goals, we’ll be in an ideal position to identify the best fit for you and your finances.
