Refer your friends and family

Introduce your friends to us by completing the form on this page, introducing via email, or simply passing on our details to someone you know.

Make sure they mention you

If you pass on our details to them, make sure they mention your name when they contact us.

Home loan settlement

Once your referred friend successfully settles their first home loan with us, with a minimum loan amount of $150,000, both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) will each receive a $250 Mastercard gift card.

Receive your gift cards

Within 60 days of your family or friend's settlement, we will be in touch to arrange the delivery of your Visa gift card.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer commences for any successful referrals settled after 20/10/2025 and can be withdrawn at any time.
  2. A successful referral is a new home loan application settled with Resolve Finance – Caroline Springs.
  3. Only applicable to the referee’s first home loan application settled with Resolve Finance – Resolve Finance – Caroline Springs.
  4. For a successful referral, (1) single Mastercard gift card will be issued to the referee/s & (1) single Mastercard gift card will be issued to the referrer/s. 

  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. You will receive rewards for each qualifying referral.

  6. Not available to ABN Group Sales Consultants acting as the referrer due to franchise agreement restrictions.
  7. Will be issued as a preloaded Mastercard gift card depending on availability at the time of issuing.
  8. By providing the contact details of a friend or family member, you are confirming that the referee has provided consent for Resolve Finance to contact them regarding to your referral.
  9. The Mastercard gift card must be activated within three months from the date of issue. Failure to activate the card within this timeframe may result in the card becoming invalid and unusable thereafter.
