Your privacy is important to us and no attempt is made to identify you, unless you expressly choose to do so. You are aware that your use of our website is monitored, eg. the path taken through our website and how long spent on each page. This is performed to improve our website performance and to make our website more useful for all our customers.
My Home Plan Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions (Terms) govern your use of the My Home Plan Technology.
‘My Home Plan’ is a budget coaching assistance provided to home loan applicants that are not yet eligible for a home loan and who have requested that Resolve Finance provide them with a ‘plan’ that will assist them to achieve their home ownership goals. In these Terms, ‘you’ refers to a person who has registered a Bank Account via the My Home Plan Technology.
The My Home Plan Technology provides you with access to a portal or mobile application to be used in conjunction with your Finance Coach (a representative of Resolve Financial Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 079 545 378 Australian Credit No. 385487 (Resolve Finance, we, us, our) for the purposes of budgeting and saving for a home loan. These Terms form a binding contract agreement between you and Resolve Finance.
Before you disclose your Account Information to Resolve Finance using the My Home Plan Technology, please check the terms and conditions of your Bank Account as these may restrict your ability to do so). For example, you may lose certain protections under the terms and conditions imposed by some financial institutions if you provide us with access to your Bank Accounts using the My Home Plan Technology. If this is the case, you should obtain consent from your financial institution before providing us with access to your Account Information via the My Home Plan Technology.

Further to the general Terms & Conditions of use for the Resolve website, the following apply.
Resolve provides a useful and simple method for customers to use the website to contact Resolve. By using this service you understand and agree that:
- The information provided will only be used for the purpose to which it was requested.
- For a response to be provided, contact information must be provided.
- Resolve will respond within 24 hours.
- Information provided within the response may be financial in nature.
The following Terms and Conditions govern your submission of a video testimonial. Please read them carefully before submission.
By sending us your video testimonial, via a channel of your choice, you are agreeing to your video being shared and promoted across our website, social media and other Company channels. Your video will not be accepted if it does not comply with the following:
- Video is more than 30 seconds in duration.
- Video clearly shows face.
- Video content is not derogatory or offensive against Resolve Finance and staff.
- Resolve Finance will only accept one submission per client.
Resolve Finance will send out your reward, a $50 visa card, to your home via mail. Vouchers will only be sent out at the beginning of each month. Resolve Finance will contact you when you submit your video to gain these contact details.
If you have not received your voucher within two months of submission please contact us.
Resolve Home Loans – what is the maximum interest charged?
We offer a variety of interest rates on our home loans that vary depending on your individual situation. Currently, the highest rate you could expect to pay on a new home loan is 7.14% per annum, although the vast majority of our clients are offered an interest rate below the standard variable rate offered by the banks. This particular rate is applicable for applicants that have experienced credit issues such as bankruptcy or credit contact defaults in the past.
Resolve Home Loans – what fees can I expect to be charged by Resolve Home Loans in connection with my home loan application?
The fees you will pay can vary greatly depending on the circumstances associated with your individual home loan application and the type of loan that is selected. For example, the maximum amount fees charged upfront could be:
Application fee: up to $600
Valuation fee: as charged by the valuer
Settlement fee: up to $80
Discharge fee: up to $795
