Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Liam prides himself on being there for his clients every step of the way from the very first meeting right through to settlement and beyond. His favourite part of the job is meeting new people, solving complex problems and delivering those “good news” phone calls that make all the hard work worth it. With his depth of knowledge and hands-on approach, Liam makes the lending process simple and stress-free ensuring that every client feels supported, informed and confident throughout their journey.
Meet Sam - our Broker Support Manager
With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and operational expertise to the team. Her career began in 2015 in a multi-disciplinary financial planning, mortgage broking and accounting firm where she quickly progressed after completing her Diploma of Financial Planning.
Building on her passion for helping clients achieve her financial goals, she went on to complete her Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking, gaining extensive experience across both financial planning and lending. After 8 years in the industry, Sam joined Resolve Finance Rockingham alongside her husband, where she now manages the operational and compliance processes that help keep the business running smoothly.
Her role involves overseeing initial compliance and loan processing, as well as supporting clients through ongoing servicing and back-end operations. With a particular interest in complex lending, structures involving trusts and SMSFs, Sam combines her technical knowledge with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to deliver exceptional outcomes for both the team and their clients.
