Refer your friends and family

Introduce your friends to us by completing the form on this page, introducing via email, or simply passing on our details to someone you know.

Make sure they mention you

If you pass on our details to them, make sure they mention your name when they get in touch.

Home loan settlement

Once your referred friend successfully settles their first home loan both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) will each receive a $200 Visa gift card. Plus, if your settled loan is above $500,000 we'll increase the gift card to $250 each*.

Receive your gift cards

Within 60 days of your family or friend's settlement, we will be in touch to arrange the delivery of your Visa gift card.

*Terms and conditions:

  1. Offer commences for any successful referrals settled after 28 May 2026 and can be withdrawn at any time
  2. A successful referral is a new home loan application settled with Resolve Finance – Chermside
  3. Only applicable to the referee’s first home loan application settled with Resolve Finance – Chermside
  4. For a successful referral, (1) single Visa gift card will be issued to the referrer & (1) single Visa gift card will also be issued to the referred individual
  5. Not available to ABN Group Sales Consultants acting as the referrer due to franchise agreement restrictions
  6. Will be issued as a preloaded Visa or Mastercard gift card depending on availability at the time of issuing
  7. By providing the contact details of a friend or family member, you are confirming that the referee has provided consent for Resolve Finance to contact them regarding to your referral
  8. The Visa gift card must be activated within three months from the date of issue. Failure to activate the card within this timeframe may result in the card becoming invalid and unusable thereafter.
  9. Minimum loan amount of $250,000 to be eligible for $200 Visa gift card
  10. Minimum loan amount of $500,000 to be eligible for $250 Visa gift card
