She went in to bat for us and tried everything to get them to budge. When they still wouldn't move, she quickly pivoted and sorted out a new mortgage with our current bank.
To make things even more stressful, we needed everything done urgently. Despite the poor service and unreasonable roadblocks from the first bank, Sophie worked over a public holiday to make sure our finance was approved and settled on time.
