Could not have recommended Martin at Resolve Finance more! He helped us with our first home purchase back in 2021 so we went back to him for our second home. Our first home went off without a hitch even though my husband has a cardiac arrest during the process, so he was the only person I was going to contact for our next purchase. We were selling our current home and then upgrading to a larger home in a cheaper area in WA to accommodate our growing family. He was AMAZING! I lost my job and gained a new one during the process and was able to discuss this with the bank and get our loan across the line.
