Richard works hard to get you the best deal possible. He effectively takes into account any issues and factors in the process, while preempting the needs of the bank to make sure everything proceeds smoothly. But all of this is shadowed by his supreme communication skills. He communicates extremely well by responding to emails promptly, knowing when a phone call is going to be easier versus an email and taking the time to explain when asked. We have used Richard twice now and will continue to do so. We cannont recommend him enough.
