My husband and I came into this whole process so ass about, no pre-approval, less than a 5% deposit and signing a limited edition floor plan contract prior to receiving any tick from the bank for an approval.
Piyush was absolutely fantastic throughout this whole process! Nothing was too much, he never made us feel silly or inconvenient when we would email late at night stressing about the process. I truely believe had we have gone with any other broker, the bank would have laughed in our face and sent us away.
Piyush not only successfully got our loan approved on a very tight timeline, he advocated for us every step of the way, going above and beyond his job role, we would CC Piyush into emails with conveyancers, real estate, the builder, and Piyush would consistently advocate for us and have our backs regardless of who the stakeholders were that we were dealing with. It felt like a 6 in 1 service.
Piyush would always give us a call to calm our nerves if we were feeling overwhelmed and was so calm and confident from the moment we started working alongside of him. I just want to write a review from the perspective as a first home buyer trying desperately to enter the property ownership market... A dream I had for so so so many years is now my reality thanks to Piyush Cally & his team at Resolve Finance Ballarat.
So prior to working with Piyush Cally, I had visited Westpac and ANZ to see if I could get a home loan through them... those visits destroyed my dreams in an instant, no help, no guidance, no way forward, no hope...
I thought I'd reach out to Piyush... Surprisingly, he instantly had ideas and a way forward. But he wasn't all talk, he literally found a way to help me immediately. He knows the market, he knows the lenders and he matched me with one instantly. He guided me through what I needed to do and taught me to be patient with the process which I am often not hahaha.
He had everything handled and we had a conditional approval in the shortest time and I was able to settle on my dream purchase in 5 weeks from my offer being accepted!!! That means, the approval, documentation, conditions being met and settlement all happened in the 5 weeks. But not only that he literally made my dream come true.
Now with some time passing, what was my entry into the market with a slightly higher rate (which I was willing to accept anything just to get my foot in the door) is now getting refinanced and shaving off 2% interest per month.
This shows me that he not only cares about getting us customers a result and making our dreams come true, but he cares about our future and tries to find ways for us to optimise our home loans and always move forward to lower rates, better terms, better interest.
So I would ABSOLUTELY highly recommend Piyush and the team at Resolve Finance Ballarat (I dont know if other resolves would be as good as this one as there are a few out there...)
