Here's how it works

We’ve designed a simple 3-step process to make it easy for you to refer your friends & family.

Refer your friends and family

Introduce your friends to us by completing the form on this page or sending an email introduction. Alternatively, you can simply pass on our details to someone you know.

Home loan settlement

Once your referred friend’s home loan settles with us, both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) will be notified. We will then begin preparing your VISA gift cards for delivery.

Receive your gift cards

We’ll contact you within 60 days of their settlement to deliver your VISA e-gift cards via SMS. The message will include instructions on how to add the cards to your smartphone wallet.

Terms and Conditions

  1.  A successful referral is a new home loan application settled with Resolve Finance – South Melbourne.
  2.  Only applicable to the referee’s first home loan application settled with Resolve Finance – South Melbourne.
  3.  Offer commences for any successful referrals settled after 01/12/2024 and can be withdrawn at any time.
  4.  Minimum settled home loan amount of $100,000 applies.
  5.  For a successful referral, (1) single Visa gift card will be issued to the referee/s & (1) single Visa gift card will be issued to the referrer/s. 
  6.  Will be issued as a preloaded Visa or Mastercard gift card depending on availability at the time of issuing.
  7.  By providing the contact details of a friend or family member, you are confirming that the referee has provided consent for Resolve Finance to contact them regarding to your referral.
  8.  The Visa gift card must be activated within three months from the date of issue. Failure to activate the card within this timeframe may result in the card becoming invalid and unusable thereafter.
  9. Not available to ABN Group Sales Consultants acting as the referrer due to franchise agreement restrictions.
