Joe Sirianni has been with Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisors for just on 16 years joining in April 2004.

Prior to joining Smartline he was with ANZ Bank for over 22 years holding various senior executive roles, in both Commercial and Small Business Lending and also in Retail Banking, with the last role being, Head of Third Party Distribution.

Joe has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry having actively worked as a lender and a broker and fully understands and appreciates both sides of the business.

Dale Alcock Managing Director, ABN Group

Dale Alcock is a homegrown success story, from bricklayer to Australia’s leading home builder. His reputation has become synonymous with quality, excellence and distinction.

He commenced his career as an apprentice bricklayer in 1979 in the small Wheatbelt town of Kellerberrin. Under the direction of his father, Dale learned practical skills that would stay with him for life. But more importantly, he gained valuable tactical knowledge and experience that would shape his career and ultimately the future of Australia’s building industry.

Under the leadership of Dale as Managing Director, the ABN Group operates in Western Australia and Victoria and has built almost 70,000 homes across the two states. It is comprised of 20 companies with more than 1400 employees, approximately 100 apprentices and 1500 contractors.

Kelli Ponting Managing Director, The Marketing Lab

Kelli Ponting is the owner of The Marketing Lab, a full service agency that specialises franchise marketing.

The Marketing Lab partners with franchisors to build out strategic marketing and powerful campaigns, but also works directly with franchisees helping to execute those activities at a local level. Kelli holds an MBA and post-grad qualifications in branding from Columbia University.

Mike Felton CEO, MFAA

Mike Felton is CEO of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) having joined the association in 2016. The MFAA is the peak national body for the mortgage industry, representing over 13,500 members including brokers, aggregators, lenders, mortgage managers, mortgage insurers and other suppliers to the mortgage industry.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, having held senior roles in financial services, treasury, auto and asset finance, and project management.
