Brent’s career spans 30 years across sales and management, with the past two decades spent leading finance departments within large franchise motor dealerships. During that time, he worked closely with business owners, particularly SMEs, structuring finance and credit line facilities that allowed them to grow without the friction of constant reapplications. That experience shaped a clear, solutions-focused approach to lending.

Working in automotive finance gave Brent a strong understanding of how lending decisions impact day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
