Sam Jones
Sam brings over thirty years of industry experience as a Senior Finance Officer, Bank Manager, Mortgage Broker, Mobile Lender, and Complaints Manager. She is very passionate about her role, loves what she does and the industry she works in.
Her wealth of knowledge and industry ability help to develop our new to industry brokers and Franchise Partners. She feels honoured to coach and guide the next generation of Resolve Brokers to become successful business owners and to contributing to Resolves future growth and success.
Kathy Robinson
Kathy is an experienced Mortgage Broker and MFAA Endorsed Mentor who brings over a decade of hands-on industry experience to her role as Credit Coach.
Having built and led her own successful brokerage, Kathy now focuses on giving back by supporting new-to-industry brokers and Franchise Partners. She works closely with Sam and the wider team to provide personalised coaching, training, and guidance. Kathy is passionate about creating a positive learning environment where brokers can grow in confidence and thrive. She's committed to helping each Resolve Finance Broker build a strong foundation for long-term success.
